Yes! RenuBack will keep your posture in place to help your muscles to improve and maintain correct posture. Over time, your body will adapt and natural correct itself.

• How do I determine what size I am?

RenuBack comes as one-size-fits-all. It has fully adjustable straps on both sides, so you can make it fit as loose or snug as you feel comfortable.

• How long can I wear RenuBack?

First, try on your RenuBack to determine your comfort level. Wear it for a few hours until it becomes uncomfortable. We suggest 2-4 hours a day. We do not recommend sleeping with your RenuBack on.

• Can I wear RenuBack under my clothes?

Yes! RenuBack is designed to be discreet and comfortable, so you can wear it under you clothes and not have to change a single thing about your daily routine or lifestyle.
